Has anybody else been getting tons of Gmail spam?

For the past few weeks, I have consistently had at least a couple of spam messages a week make it into my main Gmail Inbox. These all have weird subjects and often Russian-named attachments that are usually HTML files I've never opened.

I've reported these as spam multiple times but they keep getting through. What is going on with Google's spam detection right now?
