Hosted solutions to run a personal blog?

I am currently doing some research on the topic of personal sites, and more specifically blog-like personal sites.This is because I'm planning to write a series of posts to encourage people to ditch traditional social media and move back to a more "sane" way to share content online through personal sites.I am currently looking into hosted solutions, things like micro.blog or write.asI'm trying to collect as many references as I can and I was wondering if you have suggestions for services I should look into.Thanks
