For those using Tyspecript with Node why not use Java Quarkas / Spring

You mean TypeScript and Java Quarkus, right?

I think that most people will use a technology, that they know. Java is just not as hyped as TypeScript, so I think that would be one possible answer.

Being able to share common code/interfaces between frontend/backend is really convenient
