The first went great. The team was able to get more work done, and we continued to communicate very well. Unfortunately that company went out of business last fall due to the pandemic killing our sales pipeline and I was laid off.
I quickly got a new job, and it is an absolute disaster. The problem is that no one communicates and the organization is very dysfunctional. So I have no idea what is going on. I was given no introduction to the team, I just started getting emails one day demanding that stuff be done now. When I try to reach out to people they don't respond. In short I hate it. I have brought these concerns up to my management and have been told that the person I replaced complained about the same thing. So I've given up on this job and am looking for a new one. My mistake was waiting so long to start looking for a new job. The problems were evident the first few weeks I worked here. What I should have done was just quit, leave it off my resume and resume my full time job search.
However I am only looking for work from home jobs. I am just going to be better about my due diligence this time.
