How to learn about industrial power?

Question

I love infrastructure, and thinking about the things that make society work. I know a fair amount about information technology, but I know almost nothing about power: AC power, power generation, delivery, "multi-phase" power, load management, etc.Is there a good book, or Youtube series, that does a start-to-finish lesson set on AC power and the grid?
