Can you get a developer job in Silicon Valley without a degree?

Is this easy to do or difficult? Are there lots of companies that hire self-taught developers?What are some things you can do to try to get an interview? Can you get a job if you do well in the coding interview without a degree?

Depends on the job. Google? You might have trouble getting past the HR screen. Random YC startup? I doubt they&rsquo;d even care so long as you&rsquo;re bringing by something g of value to the table. Brush up your GitHub resume.

apply to any startup on AngelList or YC network, most of them don't care about your degree as long as you can code and nice to work with
