Why do Amazon MTurk refuse to provide support?


I just don't understand. Their site issues 404 errors to the workers. We contacted them but got a response that MTurk is a self service and unable to handle technical issues. I am like WTF!! After repeated messages, they blocked us from submitting further support requests.

The workers see the failure at following mturk endpoint

POST https://workers.mturk.com/projects/REDACTED/tasks/REDACTED/submit 404 (Not Found)

MTurk workers are in great supply. I assume it's not affecting most of the workers. Losing a few to some bug probably has no real impact on them.
