Only the whoishiring account posts them. This is supposed to prevent a race to be first, as well as prevent duplicate threads.
If you post it anyway, then lots of people end up posting to the wrong thread, and it's a pain for us to merge them later, since some will already have posted to the correct thread while others won't.
I've done the merge now.
