Best way to spend $1000 on health

I am 30 y.o. and I want to make a present for myself. I have one thousand dollars to spend for my health, btw in my country medicine is way cheaper than in rest of the world. I do not have any illnesses but who knows maybe I do not know something about my health. Maybe to buy some sport equipment or to get some medical service. I am almost sure there is something that I need but I do not know I need it.

Depends what you can spend it on. DNA tests, like 23andme will help figure out what problems you might be having in the future, but you can also figure that out from having a detailed history of your relatives and then focus on those problems. A detailed full body physical, blood work, would be useful too.

A good first aid kit, such as a trauma kit, and not those BS ones, but the ones that actual ems uses, but with less stuff. There are medical go-bags on reddit, just buy the individual pieces. Aliexpress currently sells a really good copy of raptor shears for $20 that are originally $80 rn.

Prepay a full year/X months/whatever you can cover with 1000€ for a personal trainer to visit your home twice per week, for ensuring commitment to intense exercise.

Buy a pair of good running shoes and sport clothing and start running. Maybe a tracking device if you don't own one to track you progress. Also maybe do some weight/bodyweight training. Save the rest of the money. Or buy a bike.

Imo if you do not have any illness at the moment there is no need to spend money to prevent something. The simplest way is to start running or walking in daily routine, buy some simple equipment if you are not into fancy mood and spend rest of the money to make more complex tests which require additional payments, to be sure that you are healthy and there is no specific issue to focus on.

Concept 2 rower (just a bit over 1000 and lasts a long time), cheap equivalent to peloton bike (e.g. Schwinn IC4)

In your case I would probably start going to psychotherapy, weekly or bi-weekly.
