Search terms not working in DuckDuckGo?

I am researching articles for an essay and came across something strange. Apparently the search terms[1] don't seem to work in the following order. Is it just me?

search: eu regulation advertsing in news article

On other search engines, results are showing up. Also other search terms work in DDG. Unfortunately I have no way to test this with a proxy or VPN right now.
