Vodobanka is my personal go-to timewaster, but it's not neccesarily kid-friendly (though not gratuitously violent). At it's core, it's a randomly-generated tactical puzzle game reminiscent of Breach and Clear, and it lets you choose how long you'd like to play for (with settings ranging from elevator trip to DMV visit) which is a much appreciated touch. Don't know who made it, but my heart goes out to you for making a mobile game that doesn't completely suck.

The BBC has a channel and 'brand' called 'CBeebies'. This is for young kids aged up to 7 years.

Have you looked into Apple Arcade? None of those games have ads.
