Thoughts on This Idea

Hi, I'm a Product Designer and I've had this idea for about two years but never had the time to work on it until now. The idea is basically combining the subreddits r/RoastMe & r/ToastMe into one app with some other features still in the ideation stage. Let me know what you guys think of the landing page at https://roastortoast.me so far.

If you have any questions or would like to join me in exploring this idea, feel free to drop me an email at contact@roastortoast.me

1. Don't use a real person's photo on your homepage. That's tacky and illegal. She didn't consent to be part of your marketing.

2. Does it use the reddit API as a backend? Like your app would be a different UI for those subreddits?

3. If you're not using reddit as a backend, how will you prevent abuse?
