What advice would you give to a junior developer (and we're talking really junior - 1 year of experience) seeking remote employment. The majority of postings I come across are for mid to senior levels. Even the positions for more junior profiles want a non-trivial amount of experience.
Do I keep applying everywhere regardless of desired qualifications? Do I concentrate on personal projects?
