Do you have a browser-based personal knowledge management system?

My current tentative workflow: 1. Use Hypothes.is to annotate and PDF's (works on most websites). 2. Import them in readwise.io 3. Sync them through Readwise plugin in Obsidian 4. Zotero for academic articles. PDF annotation on iPad through Zotfile, and export notes as Markdown.Has anyone found a better way without involving Readwise for active learning - through Annotation+ Bookmarking and without paying the monthly charges from Readwise?P.S. I use raindrop.io for bookmarking+ IFTTT to send it other online channels.

The most difficult challenge I have with my &ldquo;system&rdquo; is the difficulty in searching and synthesizing. I want to be able to search my collection and find everything rank-related to the search term. I also want to do combined search that might result in conceptual intersections or innovative ideas. I have not found a tool to do this.

I&rsquo;m not sure what &ldquo;personal knowledge system&rdquo; means. I have my brain and memory. Sometimes I use the Apple Notes app on my iPad. I can usually search for things I need to learn more about.
