Is your office adopting a semi-remote policy? What’s your thoughts?

We will do Tue-Thu on-site, Mon and Fri WFH.

I think being in the office helps me learn faster when being on a newer team. WFH is great for a bunch of reasons, like saving time, saving money, and being available for family medical issues.

So I feel split. If my commute was short, I would like the mostly in office model. I don't get paid enough to live closer though.

We had a four story office building just for engineering and technology. The business has taken it over. We have the top floor and it’s empty. Our new policy is remote if you want. Office if you want. Whatever you want. Just do good work.
