Agree or disagree, the fall of colonialism was bad for humanity
Reading up on some history. It seems the answer to the above question is probably yes. That colonialism was far better for the people of the world than the anarchy that followed. Yet somehow this strikes me as counter to popular opinion. I would hesitate to write it in a public forum. Why is that ? What am I missing ?
There is an unaccountable value to human freedom and liberty. Those without agency don't care about the comforts of reliable food and paved roads. The human soul seeks more than external peace and quiet.
