What would the ideal job board look like?

Apart from the usual things like location, salary range and tech stack, one thing that is really important to me is to understand the market for that role.

I am not interested in fashion. If there was a great job in fashion, I would probably never take it for that reason. On the other hand, a job paying slightly less in a market that I am really interested in is more likely to get my attention.

The only other thing I think is just good UI. Job boards like most search engines can easily return too many or not enough results. Filters are only helpful for some things but there is a danger that I might filter out a job that is paying less than I get now but actually, I might be missing some amazing jobs (maybe with stock).
