How do you get an intro to an Angel or (VC) in the Bay Area

I'm a solo-founder in London with a niche social & live-streaming app with >20k users. 70% of our users are in America. Looking to be introduced to some angles or (VC) in the Bay Area.Curious to learn if anyone has done this before to fundraise or have an idea how they'd navigate this.
