What's the answer to “Back to the office to train younger poeople”?

One of the major arguments I have seen to get back into the office is to help train younger / newer employees - this article for example: https://www.standard.co.uk/news/politics/back-to-office-duty-older-workers-young-people-gillian-keegan-wfh-b948933.html

What is the answer to this for remote workers? What can we do so we dont have to commute and spend all our money on coffee?

The answer is to do your job. Training/coaching/mentoring younger workers is part of your job.

You want to work remotely? Great. Do your work remotely - including the training part.

Are you getting your work done? Does your manager know it? Are you doing the training part as well? Does your manager know that? (I suspect the last question is the key. The manager has to be able to know that this is happening.)
