Are there medium-sized software companies without project managers
Or at least without people only in charge of project management. If you know one, how did it come to that? Was it started that way? If this has been running for a while what's your experience?
I'd make a distinction between the size of a company and the size of its projects. Large projects, not large companies, need full-time project managers.
