Those who work remote, which U.S. city have you moved to?
I am looking to move, but not sure where. Ideally some place that is not too cold, is friendly to colored people and is not crazy expensive (SF, Seattle and NYC are definitely out).
Would be nice to move somewhere in CA, but high cost of living, fires and earthquakes are scary.
Any thoughts/advice?
I used to live an hour outside of Sacramento, CA in the gold country. But even though I had DSL My internet was 768 kilobits per sec, when cable came in it was only 5 megabits per sec. 70 per month in 2016 So I rented my home and moved to Los Angeles area where I can pay for 200 MegaBits Per Sec Down, and 10 MegaBits per sec up for 85 per month
