Would a choice of 1) not believing in Covid disease/virus AND/OR 2)Covid vaccine (and thereby not getting vaccinated) factor into your company's selection process?

If it isn't a remote role then it absolutely should be a factor because it's a matter of safety.If it is then it's a little more grey, but personally I wouldn't associate them.

Antivaxxers are people who get easily angry/duped from what they read on social media. It is a sign of inexperience.It would be a big NO for certain roles.
