If I had a house, I could devote space on my garage to gather all of that, but this is more complicated in an appartment (I do not have a spare room).
Do you have some clever strategies (boxes, labels, ...) that ideally force you too keep all this organized?
The next step would be to more closely tailor the set of tools more closely to my actual needs, like a commercial workshop would. Get rid of the cruft and make sure what you keep is the best tool for each job with no more redundancy than you need.
A lot of tools I have two of are because I cheaped out the first time and it didn’t cut it. Some of them are multitools that do every job poorly, they are just a waste of space.
Then get dividers or foam inserts for the drawers.
You could also consider downsizing some of the furniture that is underutilized (if any)
