This is for someone who is very experienced and technically proficient, and with hard-work and enterprise has worked all the way to the top. The person was asked last year to manage and grow the whole multi-million dollar fashion retail vertical and has been given a free hand on everything (except finance that the parent company wants an MBA to handle).
