Are there any good paid alternatives that have good support?
My main concern is randomly getting locked out and then getting the runaround from their useless chat support.
If their support is bad when I'm trying to spend thousands of dollars per month, then I can imagine how much worse it is when I'm only spending $10 / mo for Gsuite.
I am no email expert or in anyway related to the company.
It was taken over by Opera onetime, but it was bought back by the employees. So, Fastmail is a company owned by employees of Fastmail. I like that concept, so I am just promoting it.
