How will consumer VPNs (intended for privacy) work in IPv6-only future?

That's literally it.

To clarify, I do not mean the original meaning of VPN to connect to a particular workplace or such, but rather for consumer VPNs, which in IPv4 days means tunneling under (usually) a single IP. How it will work in IPv6 era? Will services be able to guarantee the same protection as in the IPv4 version of their product?

Consumer VPNs don't provide any meaningful privacy, but putting that aside... They wouldn't work any differently. They can NAT66 all their customers behind one address if they want. Or maybe they could use a turbocharged version of privacy addressing, constantly rotating customers through different addresses.
