My Tinder rejections rate threatens the height of the Everest. Surprise I am a man !! I am not talking about talking to girls and then rejected. "Like" to "Dislike" ratio is that high.
Now I thought, "hey it is okay. If I can't get dates, but I can get a job and watch some premium porn, right?" WRONG I have 6 years Java Developer Backend experience and now days I can't even clear first filter with companies . I just got one coding test. Oh also, my education is good. I have a bachelor degree and master degree in progress. Both grade are above distinction.
Most HR are girls/women, right? I sometimes have weird feeling that girls rejecting me are also same HR girls rejecting me at job. I know wild theory but definitely enough to give me nightmares.
Like Tinder because of remote nature, every one is applying every job?
Also, did you see job description nowadays? He should be 6 ft 6 , 8 abs , a million dollar, own 3 houses, one blue and one yellow eye , funny, 4 dogs and nice to have is Kubernetes, Machine Learning. This is joke or delusion, like on Tinder?
