What is your experience with non-fiction book clubs at work?


I read a lot of books on management and software development and communication. Starting a book club during work hours for coworkers might spark useful conversations and grow informal networks.

Have you done this? What advice or recommendation do you have for getting started and for sustaining a recurring discussion?

For context, I've started collection a list of books that would be relevant to my coworkers [0] as well as a list of discussion questions [1].
