Why are these two graphs similar?

Gibraltar and South sudan.

These two countries are the most vaccinated, and the least vaccinated countries of the world. But why does their Covid statistics looks very similar?

Also, please share if you have data that show Covid incidence dropping in places where vaccine rollouts have started, and can show clearcut temporal association.

I wouldn't use these countries for any comparisons. Gibraltar is a city of 35.000. South Sudan has no health care infrastructure "In 2004, there were only three surgeons serving in southern Sudan, with three proper hospitals, and in some areas there was just one doctor for every 500,000 people" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Sudan#Humanitarian_situa... Both have too little data for statistical modelling. Why pick those countries and not average-size ones that already clearly show vaccination progress, like Israel.

Your question indicates you're a vaccination skeptic, the last website you shared is by Dr. Doug Corrigan who's most recent Facebook post reads "Essential Oils for Anti-Aging, Reducing Inflammation, and DNA Protection". It seems the websites you frequent try to push an alternative reality from scientific and medical research.
