Is There an F-Droid for iOS?

I don't mean that as an alternative app store but as a list of apps that would meet the same requirement as F-Droid -- open source, free of trackers, contains warnings about anti-features -- except the apps are in the iOS App Store. The closest I can find to this concept is a Wikipedia page[1] but list doesn't go into the question of trackers and anti-features.
