I'm a web developer. There is a bug that degrades my experience and causes data loss. I would love them to fix it, but how do I tell them?

The short answer is, they don't care.
Unless you are a very large advertiser, they simply don't offer support of any kind. Even small advertisers have great difficulty in reaching FB support.
