I have seen salaries in the market ranging from $110,000/year, $150,000/year and on Level.fyi to be 300,000/year total compensation package.
What's your risk profile? How much equity are they offering (not just shares, but % stake)? What round are they at? Are you excited about the startup? Is the work local/onsite or remote? What skills will you learn? Have you interviewed at other places? If so, what salary were they offering?
