Anyone seeing DNS issues in Europe/UK this morning?

My webserver is down in Australia. From 'CanYouSeeMe' the report is that every port on my machine is marked as 'closed', so even if the DNS is working nobody can reach it.

Very weird. The effect is the same as if my ISP is blocking all my inbound ports, but allowing my outbound ports still. The 'Great Wall of the West' perhaps?? :)

I'm going to have to contact my ISP 'support' it seems, after wasting hours trying to pin down exactly where my blockage occurs.

Fastly CDN is down which is taking out parts of a number of sites.
