How's Your Mental Health?

How does everyone monitor their mental health. Do you believe mental health solutions for the everyday consumer need to become more personalized?

My mental health is honestly a lot better now than it's been for most of my life. Two reasons why:

#1) Diet change.

I cut out all sugar, vegetable oils, fried food, and dairy. I prioritize grass fed beef, but I'm not fully carnivore. I'm a lot less angry, a lot more emotionally stable, and I'm able to focus a lot more. (And I lost 10 pounds!)

#2) My work ethic

I realized just how much of my anxiety came from not doing things I knew in the back of my mind I should be doing. My productivity has increased tenfold, and my future is a lot more hopeful because of it.

If a good diet and work ethic are mental health solutions, then no I don't suppose solutions need to be more individualized. Those are two things every person should have.

If you want to do market research, you need to either be more upfront about it or to disguise it much better. This post just feels like bad clickbait.

People seeing other people as 'consumers' causes a lot of damage to people's wellbeing in itself.

Not great. It's been much worse.

I notice that when I'm feeling noticeably bad, it correlates (no cause implied!) with my having angry made up mental dialogs. I guess that's a kind of monitoring.

Any health solution, mental or otherwise, should be personalized to the extent necessary for effectiveness.

Does that help your startup research? :-)
