Starting a Company on a B1/B2 Visa
Is it legally allowed to operate a company in the United States on a B1/B2 visa if we do a Delaware C Corp., open a subsidiary in our home country, have us employed through the subsidiary and then operate the business in the U.S. on 6 month stretches?
IANAL If you already have a company in your home country but you might want to check EB-1 visa's.
No, you can't use a B1 visa to operate a business.
