How to Improve English Pronunciation?

Is there any cool site you can recommend that help you improve pronunciation/articulation/voice?I know that there are tons of different accents. But I really want to sound less Russian and more American (love the US accent).Since I'm going to record podcasts, this is a bit of a problem :)

Follow the narrator in a documentary series you can find on Netflix or Apple-Tv. Hope you find the voice that resonates with your target audience.
