What are some things you do that help, or think can help?
I was taught one thing from my uncle, the man had experienced many things, even the worst and the bad in his life. He taught me that: If you have tried your best and the bad thing still happens to you, you have no choice to let it be like that. Because, the more you think and depress, the worse it be. You cannot change the happened things, right? So don't let it pulls you down would be the best thing you can do in this situation.
I've bared it in my mind. It helps me a lot when I face problem in my life. I realize that, myself is the most important thing I need to care about, others don't even matter without my existence, my feeling. So I would never overrate both good and bad things.
