How would you better the hiring/job seeking experience on AngelList?

AL was once a good platform for startups looking for undiscovered talent.But today, post a job and all you get is a ton of unqualified resumes.How would you make it a more useful place?

Sure that is an AL problem? The market is such that even I as a junior at a not very notable company get 5-10 recruiters a week.
