Who is your favorite CEO and why?

For me, it&rsquo;s &ldquo; Tony Hsieh &rdquo; the late former CEO of Zappos because of the kind of remarkable work he did with his customers and employees.

Melissa Butler and Yvon Chouinard are two who stand out. There are many more, but if you're looking for people to inspire you they might do so. Both seem to be deeply considerate people and their forays into business are interesting.
Melissa Butler founded The Lip Bar while working on Wall St. Watch her TED talk.
Yvon Chouinard founded Patagonia. He's passionate about being outside and wanted to create the most ideal products for exploring nature.

Sid Sybandrij from GitLab has been extremely transparent and accessible in the two years that I have worked here.Never experienced this in any of the other organizations I worked in the last 15 years. The CEO is just another team member, and that's saying a lot.
