What is the impact of telehealth on care utilization in the US?

Trying to do some research to see if there was an overall increase in 1) primary care utilization and 2) specialty care utilization in the US as a result of the increase in virtual access to care. Any references or articles are greatly appreciated! Everything I see only focuses on the increase of telehealth utilization as a replacement for in-person visits rather than the overall increase in care utilization as a result of telehealth being available.

Basically:

1) Are patients, who otherwise would not have made an appointment, seeing primary care providers because they can get virtual access?

2) Are more patients, who otherwise would not have sought out specialty care, seeing specialists (like therapists) now that virtual solutions are more widely available?
