What happens if I like and use a service but can't contact anyone there?

this happens to be a paid service. Actually it's rss.app. I've tried over the past 3-4 months to get in contact with them via email and Twitter, and it's failed. I have some questions for them, along with some ideas to pass along. I really do like the service, it works really well for me, however I'm annoyed by the lack of responses. I usually find that services that do this kind of thing go away quickly, but I don't think that's going to happen with this one. Anyway, does anyone know how I can get in contact with them? thanks!

(Assuming you sent an email or tweeted at them) You have gotten in contact with them. They just didn’t respond. Either take that as your answer and live with it or stop paying them because your need to feel heard is greater than the value of their service, to you.

If rss.app decided user input yielded a positive roi, they would not have made it so hard to give feedback.

Send a letter to their whois address. Maybe it'll get forwarded to someone other than the people ignoring your email.

You could also ask your bank for contact information on the charge.
