Find two or three friends and collaborate with them. Podcasts sooth the loneliness the masses are suffering from and the best ones make people feel like they are part of the conversation. I think this is the same reason TMZ and talk news shows are doing well, people are lonely.
Other than that, many people use Youtube live to broadcast the podcast, that way they can monetize the video too.
