Allowing sign up from only work emails?
Why do some companies only allow signup with work email ids. When should a B2B SaaS company choose this strategy?
When you realize that other signups are not bringing revenue (or not aligned with projects goals) and eventually draining support resources for free (or nothing in return).
Helps them identify orgs interested in their product by the domain. Easier to reach out in the future to steve@verizon.net as opposed to stevieboy78@gmail.com
