I’m building an app that relies on users being at a location. Location data is easily spoofed.
Do you know of any way to realistically make it too difficult to spoof geolocation for most people?

AFAIK the best you can do is choose one of the GeoIP databases unless you are also verifying the persons credit card number and tax-payer ID. Commercial and private VPN's are quite prolific now and some of the commercial VPN's will just appear as a residential cable/fiber user somewhere. A persons IP address is at best a suggestion to where they may be or have chosen to be.
