Personal Oxygen Concentrator Shared Pool in Indian Cities

Hello folks, Seeing first-hand the struggles of families trying to get a hospital bed or an oxygen cylinder has been heart-breaking. The system has been completely broken.

The personal oxygen concentrator extends the period of time care can be provided at home, but is affordable only to a small subset of the people.

I am putting together this concept, hoping for further refining, poking holes, expert advice, etc.
