This is a problem being a SWE and sitting in front of a monitor all day where light is bouncing off my monitors (or laptop) and onto my face. I'm also not sure whether light from the actual monitor(s) might be triggering as well.
I've tried installing matte filters on all monitors and the laptop screen, blue light lenses, near-work specific glasses, etc but am still searching for better alternatives.
Anybody got any tips?

And so on. Social media, blogs, news communities have intelligent well meaning people, but you will get mostly anecdotal data that may or may not apply to you. Very little feedback will be scientific in my opinion.
