What are the best cloud VM providers with great APIs?

digitalocean.com, linode.com, vultr.com, aws, google, etc. There are many. But which ones have nice API that let me create VMs, destroy VMs, all without having to use their website?

Have a look at scaleway.com. Nice API. Did Dome interesting stuff with it. For bigger projects it may be a good idea to have a dedicated server and play around with &bdquo;virsh&ldquo; (KVM).
