What's a good software for soliciting feedback?

From talking to a friend recently, I realized that I'm overly pessimistic about my ability to be helpful to other people.To fix this, they said they wouldn't mind filling out a feedback form after conversations to give me a more accurate understanding of how helpful I've been. After they suggested this, I realized that I could make use of this more frequently in all conversations I'm involved in.I don't want it to be a pain for people to fill out so I'm trying to figure out what the fastest to fill out form I could share would be.I could probably use google forms or survey monkey but I'm wondering if there are better solutions for what I'm looking for.
