Is YouTube forced autoplay now?

Question

Youtube mobile web page (my main interface to yt) now has no autoplay button. It mostly just auto plays all the time.Is this gone for everyone? or am i part of a un-regulated pyscological experiment into gaslighting.. aka a/b testing.Edit: seems to be gone from desktop too. I had a look in account settings for a global option.Edit: this is me missing it moving and my settings getting wiped.

Google has moved the autoplay toggle on the company's video site YouTube. If you open the web version of YoutTube , you find it attached to the media player now.

I see it. It's next to to the settings cog icon on the bottom right of the frame. It was hard for me to see at first, just a tiny toggle button now. I use the web app on desktop pc.

Google moved it to a slider button in the lower right corner of the video, next to the volume and settings gear.
