Recommendations for a CDMA flip/basic phone with a nano SIM card slot?

Apparently this seems to be some sort of niche tech, I seem to be having trouble finding something like this. I'm not really sure what other site I should be asking something like this on, but I figured there may be at least some people in a similar position as me on this site (being comprised of mostly people into software and programming, and looking for ways to "optimize their productivity" and whatnot), so I figured it's worth a shot asking this here.

I have a smartphone from Verizon, which is a CDMA carrier. I've been looking to part ways with my smartphone for a while now, but I still need the actual phone for calling and receiving texts. I know I could disable data or something but I'd prefer to just have an old-school flip or texting phone without Internet surfing abilities. However, I also don't want to have to change my number, and actually having a smartphone is nice when I'm on vacation or something but in my daily life it's an addictive distraction. So, I'd like to just be able to take the nano SIM card inside my phone and plop it inside a simple flip phone and stow away my smartphone for most of the time.

However, I'm having trouble finding a candidate phone. Most of what I'm finding is GSM phones (which I believe will not work with my CDMA sim card), or used CDMA (Verizon) phones that don't use SIM cards. Has anyone else here run into this kind of problem, and does anyone have recommendations for a phone I can buy where I can plop my nanoSIM card in and use it to call and text?

You can migrate your number off Verizon easily. Everyone else uses GSM, it's best to go with the flow. For GSM you have countless options
